Please review the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use) prior to using the Sitecore Marketplace Website (the Website). Any use of the Website and its content is subject to the following terms and conditions. By clicking “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use” on the sign-in page of the Website or prior to downloading certain software and/or other materials from the Website you manifest your acceptance of said terms and conditions. If you do not accept such terms and conditions you may not download, upload, or otherwise use or contribute content to the Website.

These materials may include modules for use with the Sitecore software, access to modules for use with the Sitecore software available on third party websites, and reference or example software. For all other materials made available for download directly from the Website, if no licensing terms are indicated, the materials will be subject to the shared source license terms here. Where links are provided to downloadable materials made available on third party websites, such materials will be subject to the license terms of the relevant third party provider. Any third party materials are made available by Sitecore AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. Materials provided by Sitecore may be subject to additional warranties from Sitecore, but only as may be expressly set forth in the applicable licensing terms; otherwise they are provided AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY.
YOUR MATERIALS
The Website allows you to post materials to be made available to others on the Website. Any materials you post that will be available for download directly from the Website (“Contributions”) will be subject to the Sitecore shared source license terms here: http://trac.sitecore.net/Index/wiki/License. MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof. No amendment or modification hereof will be valid or binding upon the parties unless made in writing and signed by the duly authorized representatives of both parties. The relationship of the parties hereunder is that of independent contractors, and this Agreement will not be construed to imply that either party is the agent, employee, or joint venturer of the other. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, this Agreement will continue in full force and effect without said provision and will be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties. Waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement or the failure by either party to exercise any right hereunder will not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of that right or as a waiver of any other right.
