Support 9.x and later

• Support of 'installing/reinstalling/deleting' of Sitecore 9.0 - 10.3 [XM1, XP0, XP1] topologies has been added.
  To enable installing Sitecore 9.x and later please download an On-Premise WDP package of desired product version/topology from the dev.sitecore.net and place it to the 'local repository' folder.

This is a ClickOnce installer that installs the application and provides automatic updates. Once the app is installed, it can be launched normally via start menu or pinned to taskbar.
